Celebrating 10 Years of TOTEM

Ten years ago, I published the first novella in my urban fantasy series, TOTEM. It's still the longest series I've written. I love the unique Inuit myths and lore that I wrapped my characters in, and I often long to return to that world. Yet too many new ideas occupy my muse.
To celebrate my ten year book anniversary, I have compiled all nine novellas together into one massive collection. I'm releasing it not only in ebook format, but in print as well. (I can't remember the last time I put out a print book!) I'm also going to spend all of February talking about TOTEM here on my blog.
I've mostly been posting book reviews on this blog. I review every book I read on Goodreads, but I pick certain ones to feature here. Last year, I did a few posts about my experience as a writer. I found I missed blogging about my own life. I've been an author for a very long time now, and I want to share what I've learned, what I still need to learn, and other general musings with other people. This celebration is a great opportunity for me to do so.
Right now, I'm going to introduce you to The Complete TOTEM Collection.
Three sisters. Seven totems. One chance to save the world.
Saskia, Kinley, and Ametta Dorn are polar bear shifters descended from an ancient bloodline where spirits, humans, and gods once shared the same breath. Together, the sisters run a home renovation business which specializes in the unique needs of supernatural folks. Their work keeps their community safe, hidden, and rooted in a land that remembers them.
When Ametta becomes the target for a ruthless shifter hunter, her dreams of leaving Alaska crumble to the ground. For that torment is only the beginning. Someone is searching for the seven sacred totems, powerful artifacts born of primal magic. United, the totems can vanquish the chaotic magic causing havoc in the Great North or they can eradicate every shifter in existence.
Yet the totems cannot simply be taken. They choose.
As the sisters race across Alaska’s frozen cities, isolated villages, and spirit-thick wilderness to unearth the totems, they find themselves falling for men who complicate every choice. Love becomes both a vulnerability and a source of strength, especially when the totems start to wake and judge.
Because some magic answers to strength.
Some answer to blood.
And some demand a love powerful enough to challenge the gods themselves.
